How long will it take for my order to be done?
Usually it takes 5-14 days to complete your order. There are times when problems or the unknown happens, we will let you know at the time your order is placed how long it will take, and if any issues arise you will be notified quickly. It is our goal to get your order to you as fast as possible. If you are on a time crunch please let us know in the beginning so we can plan accordingly.
How should I send you my design?
Your file needs to be at least 300 dpi. Anything less will cause your image to look fuzzy when printed. We accept .PDF, .AI, .JPEG, .EPS, .PNG, and Corel. Vector files are preferred. Please let us know when you send your design what size you would like it to be printed if you do not size it yourself.
How do I book you to print my event?
Live printing is one of our favorite things to do! We need time to prep for live event printing, so its best to contact us at least 3 weeks prior to your event that way we have time to prep designs and screens. I’m missing shirts, what happened!?
